Session Options
No matter your experience, Pershore Kickboxing Club has a class for you. Each session is designed to improve fitness, build confidence, and develop real kickboxing skills.
Along with Kickboxing, Alex delivers high-quality Boxing and K-1 Kickboxing training for those looking to expand their striking abilities.
Children's Classes
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:00PM - 7:00PM
- Fun, structured sessions that teach kickboxing techniques while helping children stay active, burn energy and build strength, coordination and fitness
- Supports focus, discipline, confidence and self-esteem
- Encourages teamwork, social skills and respect in a safe, supportive environment
- Bag and sparring workouts are controlled and supervised for safety
- UKCBA kickboxing licence forms will be required later
Adult Classes
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7:00pm - 8:00pm
- High-energy classes for all levels, from beginners to advanced participants
- Build strength, improve agility, increase stamina and enhance overall fitness
- Develop mental resilience, focus and confidence while learning real kickboxing techniques
- Bag and sparring workouts are controlled and supervised for safety
- A great way to relieve stress, stay active and challenge yourself
- UKCBA kickboxing licence forms will be required later
Boxing Sessions
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7:00pm - 8:00pm
- Learn punches, footwork, and defensive techniques
- Improve hand-eye coordination, strength, cardiovascular fitness, and focus
- Suitable for beginners through advanced students
K-1 Kickboxing Sessions
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7:00pm - 8:00pm
- Fast-paced striking discipline combining punches, kicks, and knee strikes
- Build power, agility, endurance, and tactical awareness
- Suitable for beginners through advanced students
1-to-1 sessions available, tailored to your goals, sparring, fitness or technique improvement.
About Alex Davis
Founder & Head Coach
Alex discovered kickboxing at 13, looking for a way to channel his energy and emotions. What began as a personal outlet quickly became a lifelong passion. Stepping into the ring for the first time, he found not just a sport, but a purpose.
Over the years, Alex has won multiple titles across the UK and Wales, including the prestigious Champion of Champions, earning him the nickname “The Dragon Slayer.” His fights have been broadcast on national sports channels, and he is highly respected throughout the kickboxing community.
In addition to his fighting career, Alex is a certified A-Class Judge and Referee, having completed his judge and referee course, giving him expert insight into the sport both inside and outside the ring.
Driven by his love for kickboxing and a desire to share its benefits, Alex founded his own club. Here, children, adults, and professional fighters train, grow, and unlock their potential.
